A few things to know
What does one generation include?
One generation creates one AI baby portrait from a clear 3D or 4D ultrasound. You can add up to two parent photos as references and download the full-size result without a watermark. It is an AI keepsake, not a prediction of your baby’s appearance.
Do failed generations use credits?
No. If a generation fails, the reserved credit is returned to your account. A successfully delivered portrait uses one credit.
How does the complimentary remake work?
Each purchased pack includes one extra remake, shared across that order. On a successful portrait from that pack, choose “Use complimentary remake” while the result is still available. Private results expire after 24 hours, so download them promptly.
How do I start after purchasing?
Sign in with Google and pay securely through Dodo Payments. Once payment is confirmed, the generations are added to your account. Return to Create, upload your ultrasound and generate. If you already started a portrait, your selected photos stay in place while you choose a pack.
What if the service is unavailable?
Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase if service unavailability prevents you from using your pack. We offer a proportional refund for the affected unused paid generations. Failed generations automatically return the reserved credit. See our refund policy for details.
