These terms describe the BumpBeam service and apply when you use it or buy a photo pack. Contact [email protected] if you have questions before purchasing.

The service

BumpBeam generates AI baby keepsake portraits from a 3D or 4D ultrasound image, with up to two optional parent-reference photos. AI fills in details that the scan cannot establish. A portrait is a creative keepsake; it is not a medical interpretation, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of a baby’s appearance.

Your account and uploads

Sign in with Google before purchasing or generating. Keep access to your account secure. Upload only images you are entitled to use and share with our processing providers, including permission from the people shown. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or use the service to impersonate another person.

Photo packs and delivery

The pricing page shows the available one-time packs and their USD prices. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Dodo Payments handles checkout. After payment is confirmed, generation credits are added to the Google account used for the purchase.

One successful generation uses one credit and delivers one downloadable portrait. Failed generations return the reserved credit. Each purchased pack also includes one complimentary remake shared across that order, available on a successful result while that result is still stored.

Generated portraits are private and stored for up to 24 hours. Download results promptly. Deleting a result or letting it expire does not restore a credit used for a successful generation. The service does not provide permanent photo storage.

Refunds and support

Our refund and cancellation policy explains proportional refunds for service unavailability reported within 7 days of purchase. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
